Bronze Scheme

Typical pricing for our Bronze Scheme is around a one off fee of £250 + VAT or two weeks rent depending on the greater value, and don’t forget we operate on a ‘No Rent, No Fee basis’. If you choose this scheme it includes the following:

 

-          Free, no obligation market appraisal on your property

-          Advertising in the Leicester Mercury lettings section, in our city centre shop window and on our daily updated website

-          Accompanied viewings

-          Detailed reference checks on prospective tenants including employers references, previous landlords references, credit checks, personal references and bank references

-          Drawing up of tenancy agreements

-          Collection of first months rent and deposit

-          Informing of all services of new tenancy e.g. Council Tax, Electric and Gas suppliers etc.

-          Setting up of standing orders to landlords bank accounts.

 

Silver Scheme

Typical pricing for our Silver Scheme is around a set up fee of £200 + VAT and 4% + VAT of the monthly rent achieved, and don’t forget we operate on a ‘No Rent, No Fee basis’. If you choose this scheme it includes the following:

-          Free, no obligation market appraisal on your property

-          Advertising in the Leicester Mercury lettings section, in our city centre shop window and on our daily updated website

-          Accompanied viewings

-          Detailed reference checks on prospective tenants including employers references, previous landlords references, credit checks, personal references and bank references

-          Drawing up of tenancy agreements

-          Collection of first months rent and deposit

-          Informing of all services of new tenancy e.g. Council Tax, Electric and Gas suppliers etc.

-          Setting up of standing orders to landlords bank accounts

-          Collection of rent from the tenant for the entire tenancy

-          Chasing of any rent arrears.

 

Gold Scheme

Typical pricing for our Gold Scheme is around a set up fee of £150 + VAT and initially 7% + VAT (increasing to 10% after the first 6 months) of the monthly rent achieved, and don’t forget we operate on a ‘No Rent, No Fee basis’. If you choose this scheme it includes the following:

 

-          Free, no obligation market appraisal on your property

-          Advertising in the Leicester Mercury lettings section, in our city centre shop window and on our daily updated website

-          Accompanied viewings

-          Detailed reference checks on prospective tenants including employers references, previous landlords references, credit checks, personal references and bank references

-          Drawing up of tenancy agreements

-          Collection of first months rent and deposit

-          Regular property inspections

Platinum Scheme

Typical pricing for our Platinum Schemeis around a set up fee of £150 + VAT and initially 10% + VAT (increasing to 13% after the first 6 months) of the monthly rent achieved, and don’t forget we operate on a ‘No Rent, No Fee basis’. If you choose this scheme it includes the following:

 

-          Free, no obligation market appraisal on your property

-          Advertising in the Leicester Mercury lettings section, in our city centre shop window and on our daily updated website

-          Accompanied viewings

-          Detailed reference checks on prospective tenants including employers references, previous landlords references, credit checks, personal references and bank references

-          A Rent Guarantee Scheme is included ensuring that you as a landlord will still receive your rent even if your tenant defaults. If regrettably a tenant will not leave upon their agreed vacation date the insurance company offering this scheme will pay a percentage of your court costs should you require taking accelerated possession of your property.
